New this summer! Ease into your evening with a nature-themed gentle yoga class on the lawn at Teaneck Creek Conservancy. Instructors: Dena Grushkin and Stephanie Landau Dena is a 200 hour yoga teacher who works with adults in recovery, women 50+ and mamas to be. Stephanie is a Kripalu trained 200 hour yoga teacher and mindful outdoor guide who focuses on integrating nature and mindfulness into daily practice. All levels of yoga experience welcome Ages 15+ While free, to cover costs, our suggested donation is $15. Bring your own mat, water, and any props Will cancel if rain. Registrants will be notified.
