Curious about what’s going on at the Creek as summer is wrapping up? Join us for a fun, hands-on and informative morning to find out! Explore TCC through the seasons on a walk with George Tsapellas and participate in community science by learning how to document what you see on your phone using iNaturalist or Seek. Each month will highlight a different part of the park, focusing on specific habitats, wildlife and plants. George is an avid user of iNaturalist and has been cultivating knowledge about local plants and wildlife for many years. Prior to the program, install the iNaturalist app on your phone, create an account, and join Teaneck Creek Conservancy under “Projects”. Seek by iNaturalist is available for younger participants. All ages. Support TCC’s nature programming by donating to TCC or becoming a TCC member. Registration recommended. Light rain or shine. Registrants will be notified by email if the program is canceled. Some trail sections are challenging for strollers. No restrooms available.
